Tariff Update

We are writing with news we have been waiting a long time to share. As of this morning, the federal refund portal for illegal IEEPA tariffs is officially open — and we have already begun submitting requests on your behalf.

What This Means

Following the Supreme Court's ruling that IEEPA tariffs were illegal, importers can now submit refund requests to CBP. We know many of you have been asking about this, and we understand the frustration of waiting for a process that has been out of everyone's hands. That wait is over.

Every shipment, every dollar paid on your behalf has been accounted for. This is simply how we operate: when something is owed to our customers, we make sure we are ready to recover it the moment the door opens.

What to Expect

CBP has indicated that processing could take several months, and we want to be transparent about that. What we can be equally clear about is our commitment: the moment we receive funds related to IEEPA tariffs paid on your behalf, we will forward those refunds directly to you.
